Chief Carl Loney of the Wittenberg University Police Department, (Springfield, Ohio) was recently honored as one of the nation's top 18 finalists in the Campus Safety Magazine's Director of the Year. The Wittenberg University Police Department is a long-time user of the ARMS system and we are proud that Chief Loney and his department have been recognized as being one of the nation's best.
